Recommended spring weight for each rider is estimated, and is based on the rider's weight with safety gear. Please factor the additional weight of your gear when choosing the correct springs. If you are a trail rider or jumper - someone who needs additional support from bottom-outs, it is recommended that you choose a heavier spring option.
