Price Match Promise

Next Gen Mobility promises to match or beat any advertised price* from any United States-based competing vendor whenever possible. We will cut profit margins to the bone if it means that we can get you the best deal possible. As another way to add exceptional value to our customers, after your warranty has expired, we will provide replacement parts for as long as the parts are available at extremely discounted rates - nearly at cost. These are just a few small aspects of our over-the-top dedication to an incredible customer service experience, every single time.

Exceptions

There are a few small exceptions that we should point out: We cannot always match a competitor's sale prices, or closeout sales, or products that we are unable to fulfill due to product discontinuation. On rare occasion, a manufacturer will discontinue a product and sell their old stock for below the price that we are able to sell it; in which case we will be unable to match those prices.

If you would like us to match a competitor's price, send an email to support@nextgenmobility.org with a screenshot of the competitor's advertised price. If at all possible, we will beat that price and deliver a better customer service experience than you ever thought was possible.

 

 

* "advertised price" is defined as the price of a product or service that is publicly displayed in an advertisement or other promotional methods, such as on a competitor's website, in print, or advertisement.
