Next Gen Mobility stands by every product we sell - if we don't believe in it, then we won't sell it, period.

Next Gen Mobility stands behind every Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV) sold through our website, including electric scooters, e-bikes, and all other PEVs or parts. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the specified Warranty Period.

Warranty Period by Manufacturer

The Warranty Period for PEVs purchased from Next Gen Mobility is as follows, commencing from the original date of manufacture:

  • Begode

-2 year warranty on electrical components and suspension.
-18 month warranty on the battery.
-3 month warranty on charger.
-Non-electrical components are not covered under warranty after initial unboxing, except as dictated by the manufacturer.

  • Nosfet & Leaperkim

-2 year warranty on electrical components and suspension.
-18 month warranty on the battery.
-6 month warranty on charger.
-Non-electrical components are not covered under warranty after initial unboxing, except as dictated by the manufacturer.

  • Kingsong

-12 month warranty on electrical components, charger, and suspension.
-6 month warranty on battery packs.
-Non-electrical components are not covered under warranty after initial unboxing, except as dictated by the manufacturer.

  • Extreme Bull

-2 year warranty on electrical components and suspension.
-12 month warranty on the battery packs.
-3 month warranty on charger.
-Non-electrical components are not covered under warranty after initial unboxing, except as dictated by the manufacturer.

  • InMotion:

-12 month warranty on electrical components, charger, and suspension.
-6 month warranty on lights, hall bearings and battery packs.
-Non-electrical components are not covered under warranty after initial unboxing, except as dictated by the manufacturer.

Our Commitment to You

At Next Gen Mobility, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing proactive and responsive after-sales support and advice to ensure your PEV operates effectively.

During the warranty period, Next Gen Mobility will replace parts at no charge if they prove defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Even after the warranty period expires, we will continue to support your PEV by offering discounted parts for its entire life expectancy (typically 3 to 5 years). Please note that we cannot be held responsible if a manufacturer discontinues production of parts for your specific PEV model.

Manufacturer-approved warranty parts will be shipped free of charge and may take 3 to 6 weeks to arrive via cargo ship. Expedited air shipping is available for an additional charge (we do not add any dealer markup), with delivery typically within 3-7 days. Parts will be shipped once provided by the manufacturer or supplier.

Important Note on Electric Unicycles (EUCs)

Due to the very high cost of shipping an Electric Unicycle (EUC) each way for repairs, we do not offer repair services, even for items under warranty. Fortunately, EUCs are relatively simple machines, and DIY repairs are typically very easy. We offer comprehensive support via phone, text message, email, and live chat to provide expert advice for any troubleshooting or repair needs you may have.

Non-PEV Products

For all products that are not Personal Electric Vehicles, Next Gen Mobility offers a 30-day warranty from the date of order. During this period, Next Gen Mobility will replace parts at no charge or provide a refund if the product is proven to be defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What is Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover any problems caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance or installation, misuse, accidents, water damage, or theft.
  • Use other than for personal, family, or household purposes.
  • Modifications or alterations to the product without written permission from Next Gen Mobility.
  • Wear and tear items, such as tires, brake pads, and bearings.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, please contact us at support@nextgenmobility.org or call 213-792-2027. We will assist you in determining the problem and the most appropriate solution. We will work with you to diagnose the issue remotely whenever possible. However, in rare circumstances, you may be required to return the product at your cost for inspection. Please note, we do not perform repairs or cover the cost of labor for repairs.

Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Next Gen Mobility be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Next Gen Mobility has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.

Changes to the Warranty

Next Gen Mobility reserves the right to change or modify this warranty at any time without prior notice. The most up-to-date version of the warranty will always be available on our website.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE

RIDING, OWNING, AND STORING A PERSONAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE IS A HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY. USERS AND BYSTANDERS COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED. RIDERS AND CUSTOMERS VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATE IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.

Customers forever release Next Gen Mobility, any affiliated organizations or entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives or owners (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all actions, claims, or demands that the customers, their assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse, and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) participation in activities when using, storing, or maintaining products sold by Next Gen Mobility, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not the customer is then participating in the activities. Furthermore, customers, their assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing statement and all and any products sold by Next Gen Mobility or its owners, representatives, and officers.
