-What is the Symmetrical Bidirectional suspension system? Unlike traditional asymmetrical shocks, the XENO utilizes high-grade suspension shocks on both sides of the wheel, pairing a premium coil spring with fully independent hydraulic rebound, preload, and compression dials. This ensures exceptionally uniform force distribution. The dual-damping design allows you to stiffen or soften the behavior mechanically, making it highly adjustable for various rider weights and riding styles.
- Which suspension settings are right for me? The XENO features a highly tunable RFloXa-brand shock system where you adjust the dial at the top for Rebound, a size 16mm wrench configuration for Preload, and the gold dial at the bottom for Compression. For heavy off-road use or jumping, we recommend increasing the bottom compression damping to mitigate bottoming-out. For smooth street commuting, backing off the compression and preload provides a plush, supple ride. Best of all, compression and rebound are now fully finger-adjustable to make changes on the fly - no tools required!
