Warranty
Next Gen Mobility Warranty Policy
Next Gen Mobility stands behind every Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV) sold through our website, including electric scooters, e-bikes, electric unicycles, and other PEVs or parts. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the specified Warranty Period.
We take after-sales support seriously. Our goal is to get you back up and riding as quickly as possible if something goes wrong. We maintain a strong inventory of commonly needed replacement parts here in the United States, allowing us to respond quickly and ship parts without unnecessary delays whenever parts are available.

Our Commitment to You
At Next Gen Mobility, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing proactive, responsive, and practical after-sales support to help ensure your PEV operates effectively.
We know that downtime matters. That is why we focus on fast diagnosis, clear communication, and rapid parts support whenever possible. Many common issues can be resolved by identifying the affected component and sending the correct replacement part directly to the customer. This approach avoids unnecessary shipping delays, reduces downtime, and helps get riders back on the road faster.
During the applicable warranty period, Next Gen Mobility will replace parts at no charge if they prove defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
Unlike traditional repair models that require every product to be shipped to a single centralized repair facility, our support approach is designed around speed and flexibility. When a replacement part can solve the issue, we work to get that part to you quickly. When additional help is needed, we provide hands-on guidance through phone, text message, email, and live chat to help with troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair support.
Even after the warranty period expires, we will continue to support your PEV by offering discounted parts for its entire life expectancy, typically 3 to 5 years. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if a manufacturer discontinues production of parts for your specific PEV model.
Manufacturer-approved warranty parts will be shipped free of charge when available and approved under warranty. Many commonly needed parts are stocked in the United States for faster fulfillment. If a required part is not currently in stock domestically, Next Gen Mobility will arrange for the part to be air shipped to the customer to minimize downtime. Parts will be shipped once provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
Important Note on Electric Unicycles (EUCs)
Due to the very high cost of shipping an Electric Unicycle (EUC) each way for repairs, warranty support for EUCs is typically handled through guided DIY parts replacement rather than in-house repair service. EUCs are generally modular machines, and many common repairs can be completed by the customer with the right replacement parts and support.
This parts-forward support model is common in the EUC industry because it is often the fastest and most practical way to resolve issues. Instead of requiring customers to ship an entire wheel across the country for every repair, we focus on diagnosing the issue quickly, supplying the correct parts, and providing detailed support so the repair can be completed as efficiently as possible.
Next Gen Mobility provides comprehensive support by phone, text message, email, and live chat to help diagnose issues, identify needed parts, and guide customers through the repair process whenever possible.
If a customer is unable to complete a repair on their own, Next Gen Mobility may, at its discretion, help coordinate support through an independent third-party repair provider. Any third-party repair support must be arranged or approved by Next Gen Mobility in advance. Customers should not take their EUC to an outside repair provider without prior approval and should not expect reimbursement for any third-party labor, diagnostic fees, parts, shipping, or other costs unless expressly authorized by Next Gen Mobility in writing.
This approach is designed to reduce unnecessary shipping, shorten repair timelines when suitable local support is available, and keep warranty support practical, responsive, and cost-effective for both customers and Next Gen Mobility.
Non-PEV Products
For all products that are not Personal Electric Vehicles, Next Gen Mobility offers a 30-day warranty from the date of order. During this period, Next Gen Mobility will replace parts at no charge or provide a refund if the product is proven to be defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty
This warranty does not cover any problems caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage resulting from improper maintenance or installation, misuse, accidents, water damage, or theft.
- Modifications or alterations to the product without explicit permission from Next Gen Mobility.
- Wear and tear items, such as tires and bearings.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please contact us at support@nextgenmobility.org or call 213-792-2027. We will assist you in determining the problem and the most appropriate solution.
We will work with you to diagnose the issue remotely whenever possible. Depending on the issue, we may ask for photos, videos, serial numbers, odometer readings, activation information, or other information needed to evaluate the claim and identify the correct replacement part.
In rare circumstances, you may be required to return the product or part at your cost for inspection. Please note that we do not operate a centralized in-house repair facility and do not cover the cost of labor for repairs unless expressly approved in writing in advance.
Limitation of Damages
In no event shall Next Gen Mobility be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Next Gen Mobility has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
Changes to the Warranty
Next Gen Mobility reserves the right to change or modify this warranty at any time without prior notice. The most up-to-date version of the warranty will always be available on our website.
